Please note that these menu options are not limited to what is listed below. We can customize any menu to meet your culinary taste and event budget. Please be advised that Green Heart Catering is now operating as a nut-free facility in order to accommodate the Green Heart Lunch Club, therefore the menu has slightly changed.

G-GLUTEN FREE/V-VEGAN

Appetizers:

  •  Mini Sliders-your choice of black bean (V), beef, or chicken. **FAVEBreakfast Buffet
  • Red Pepper Pesto Dip (Raw Red Pepper Basil Spread served with Dehydrated Flax Crackers) (G,V)
  • Live Citrus Hummus (Sprouted Chickpea hummus with a various blend of Citrus Flavours) (G,V) **FAVE
  • Vegetables Rice Wraps (Seasonal Vegetables and Sprouts wrapped in Rice Paper, served with a Creamy Thai Dipping Sauce) (G,V) **FAVE

  • Olive Tray (Various blend of Olives, Pickled Peppers, Turnips, and Pickles). For a non-vegan version add Prosciutto, Sliced Turkey or Chicken. (G,V-option)

  • Apple Blueberry Pumpkin Seed Salad (Organic Spring Mix topped with Fresh Apples, Blueberries, and Toasted Sunflower Seeds. Topped with your choice of Blue Cheese or Goat’s Cheese and served with a Red Wine Vinaigrette) (G,V) **FAVE
